About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- I am made the jacket and skirt from scratch. I bought the stockings, boots, belt, wig, and gloves.
The coat and skirt are made of cotton, double thickness. I used a pattern that was similar to the shape of her jacket and built off of that. I made the skirt in a similar fashion.

- This is a high quality wig for a good price. It comes from Hong Kong but the shipping was pretty good. It only took about 2 weeks to get here in Atlanta, GA. It was exactly like the picture and description.
