I've wanted to make this for a long time. It varies slightly from the original art, in that the sleeves and ruffles are wider, because thin little bands don't look good on larger girls like me ^___^ So I had to adjust them to "fit the look" better. Other than that, I love this outfit... now, for an excuse to wear it...
