Construction Details:

I loved the challenge of translating something that rides a horse as a costume. Initially I thought to use a hobby horse but that was just going to be too campy for costumes that were turning out so elegant. Instead I added panels to give the illusion of legs and made my skirt more of a harem pant design. I went for a more masculine look because Odin is all covered in armor and has horns and generally looks like a right bad ass. If I ever wear this again I would love to rig one of my eyes to glow and eye patch the other!

Personal Thoughts:

This is my contribution to Umister and Dia's baby- They had this idea to do Bollywood versions of the Summons from different Final Fantasy Series. I chose Odin because I love Norse mythology and still haven't quite gotten over how much I adore the recent Thor movie.
