Construction Details:

The only construction part was really painting the design on the shirt. I already owned a white wig, grey pants, and shoes. I used black elastic for the weird cuff things he has on the bottom of his pants. I painted the pattern on the shirt with white fabric paint. & done. Super easy.

Personal Thoughts:

Continuing my Toaru Majutsu no Index obsession with another costume. I decided to make this one the night before Katsucon, hah. It was pretty simple though since all I really had to do was make the shirt.
