Construction Details:: I started by modifying a pair of shorts I had, making them even shorter, and I made the grey belt. The rest of the costume was a challenge, because I had less than a yard to work with, using fabric I purchased from LA's Fashion District over a year ago. ^^; I worked on the top next, using a unitard pattern that had seams in the front/back, and I added the pockets and collar. The shoe covers fit over my walking shoes, though I'll have to find a better way to secure them on for next time. I purchased the hat for cheap on Amazon, and modified it by adding the blue band and star. The finishing touch a.k.a. the stars and police badge were made by carefully cutting out layers of fabric fused with Heat'n Bond, and I wrote the name tag using a fabric marker.
Personal Thoughts:: Shorty's my girl, but there's no way I could figure out how to style her wig from the 2nd game, and I didn't want to overheat in Vegas by making her outfit from the first game... so I picked another one of my favorite girls, Kelly! I told everyone I was going to cosplay as Panty, seeing as I was using a Panty wig, the color and style is just perfect for Kelly! xD I was surprised that quite a few con goers actually recognized me, and it was a lot of fun walking around with the traffic baton! I hate doing the make up for this because I have to wear bright blue eye shadow, and bright pink lipstick, it made me uncomfortable wearing that much make up. @.@;

Styling Notes: My idea was pretty simple, go crazy with hairspray, and put the wig head on its side while the hairspray dried. I came up with this, so yay for using my 5 lbs. dumbbell for cosplay! lol
Wig Review: The last time I ordered a wig from here was a maybe 3-4 years ago, and I was really impressed with the quality. Now, not so much. The fibers weren't as soft, and the wig was really thin, luckily the layers help thicken it out!
