Construction Details:

I combined two of Sakizo's sketches of Celes for reference and kind of ended up with... whatever this is. Bodice laces up the back, pants lace up the sides, boots do what boots do. There is a curtain and an entire shoebox of trim in this costume. Sword is from my first Celes, which has survived 9 years, 3 moves, a broken hilt, and a flood, and is my favorite prop that I have ever made. I will be buried with that thing.

Personal Thoughts:

I will never understand how antique gold spandex manages to photograph bright banana yellow, but that's okay, because I was just so happy to finally make another Celes costume after 9 years. She will always be my favorite FF girl. Tess is my gorgeous Terra.
