Construction Details:

the body suit was made by me from blue spandex. the stripes on the sides are yellow bias tape sewn on before sewing the front and back of the suit together. the vest is stretch silk charmuse. i really had a hard time working with this fabric and if i ever remake this costume i will definitely use a different fabric. i ordered plain leather cuffs and the appropriate studs from studsandspikes.com and put together the bracelets myself. the shoes are from payless. they were originally white and i hand painted them using acrylic paint.

Personal Thoughts:

chun li is another one of my favorite street fighter characters. i actually really don't like her regular costume that much though, that's why i chose to do the alpha version. i was pretty happy with the way this costume turned out.
