Construction Details:

My first real shot at making armor with craft foam, and it came out pretty well. Everything's made with craft foam which is glued several times to give it a nice shine, and then reinforced with cardboard. I sewed the front and back to the chest piece and then spray painted to get the colors right. The spear is constructed with craft foam over cardboard.

Personal Thoughts:

This costume is my baby..I'll always love it. Erza is my favorite anime character EVER and when I saw her requip into this armor, I knew I just HAD to make it.
