Construction Details:

Everything is pretty much just bought. The wig is the only real 'construction' to speak of.

Personal Thoughts:

This was a very simple costume that sort of just fell in my lap for Otakon. It was great, because it was comfortable and totally summer-appropriate! And I don't make costumes like that very often because I am a derp.

Styling Notes

For this wig, I used a Le Tigre and 2 straightened curly clips. I decided to make Asuka's half-pigtails with the clips in order to give the wig BIG volume like she has. And of course, I cut the bangs into the wig.

Wig Review

This is my -3rd- Asuka wig. I cosplay Asuka so much, that I totally wore down my first too, lesser-quality wigs. But now, I've got a lovely Arda wig which not only looks way better than the others, but will probably last me far longer!
