About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- The outfit is a simple black dress made from semi-stretchy black fabric with a zipper in the back. The earrings were styrofoam spheres layered with gel, painted with shimmering blue nail polish, and glossed over. Pokeballs made by Jia!

- STEALING BADGES LEFT 'N RIGHT.
Blue is the femme fatale of the pokemon specialverse, I hope I somewhat did her justice. I adore all the Pokemon PCs, so when Megan told me she was bringing Red, I just had to attempt her! Girl powers and Kanto 4!
