Cosplayer TequilaKyle > Costume of Ezio Auditore da Firenze from Assassin's Creed 2
About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- I started with the base dress, and cut most of the skirt off to have it as the right shape. I then hand sewed on the rows of lace and ribbon, then stuck on the jewels. I painted the corset brown and added a red sash to make it more ezio-esque. To make the emblem and the bracer required lots of trips to hobbycraft. They're both made out of craft foam that has been cut, dented, painted and stuck together. For the bracer I used a piece of brown leatherette for the base, hammering eyelets into it, to make it stronger for tying it together. I sewed together the cape and the hood myself, lining them both with a red satin-type fabric, to match all of the red ribbon. I then added shop-bought stockings, boots and earrings to complete the look. I wore this to a new convention called CamCon in Cambridge, England.
- Personal Thoughts:
- The female Ezio, I know it's not official, but I had to do it :P
