Construction Details:

With the first costume, I thought that painting all the hundreds of stars onto spandex was the worst thing ever. I learned shortly that no, I was wrong; doing spandex appliqué for all the stripes and stars individually was far, far worse. I have never come this close to losing my sanity before. I want to thank EVERYBODY who helped me in the hotel room pulling off stabilizer.

Personal Thoughts:

I've literally worn out my old Johnny Joestar costume, so rather than make a replica of the old one, I chose to make a new one! I used the volume 19 cover as a guide because I love that version so much. This costume is brought to you by SPANDEX.

Styling Notes

Trying to get this to behave more like real hair instead of being super-straight wasn't very easy. It took a while to find a method that actually worked for heat-styling it... I got this for the color, and I doubt I'd order another one of these wigs again for anything I plan on heavily styling.
