Construction Details:

Costume was made by frankenstein-ing three dress patterns together and praying for the best. Sleeve deedlybobs were the most annoying part, as they kept resembling some kind of poncho that was tacked on to an otherwise decent piece of clothing. Necklace is a clever contraption of jewelry wire, gold plastic, and keyrings. Plucked the tassel from my old Atoli costume. Since it's currently a thousand degrees on the east coast, I felt like it made more sense to make Asami's breezy gown before attacking the black and red suit. I'll get there eventually. Because ASAMI.

Styling Notes

Trimmed the lace down to my hairline, created a side-part, added hairclip. Wig is secured to my head with spirit gum and latex adhesive.

Wig Review

This was the first Arda wig I've used, and I was impressed with the quality and how well it endured wind and humidity.
