Construction Details:

Skirt and top: berry colored chiffon; double layered skirt, top single layer and lined.
Waist and bow: wine colored broadcloth. bow attached with snaps and stuffed with fiber fill.
White sections are all embroidered with a blue scoop edge detail... this took at least 2 hours.. :'(
Headband: covered and detailed with extra fabric
