Construction Details:

The top half of the dress was made using a pattern my friend owned and helped me with, and she also helped pin the darts for me in the front and back of the bodice. I wore a Victoria's Secret Bombshell Bra for this costume to imitate Stocking's boobs, so fitting the 7-inch difference between my waist and bust was somewhat annoying.. The collar part is just cut off of an old lolita blouse that was past its prime. There's a zipper under the left arm.
The skirt part of the dress is just a rectangle skirt that I sewed the lace onto.
The sash is sewn onto the dress in some parts, but it snaps closed over the zipper on the left side.

Overall it only took a few days to make. I ended up having to remake the skirt in order to give it a better shape because I didn't have enough fabric the first time.

Personal Thoughts:

I fell in love with Stocking at first sight, but always HATED her default dress. My goal for this costume was to try to make it both accurate and flattering!
