Construction Details:

The bracelets, right down to the large gems were made entirely out of craft foam. Since I couldn't find a tutorial, I had to eyeball these from a screenshot from the anime version of Stars. The minor details after were drawn on with Sharpie and the tiny little gems were added the night before the convention.

These bracelet were literally made a week before Fanime 2009, due to the fact there was supposed to be a Sailor Galaxia at the Sailor Moon gathering that year. I was making two pairs for me and my Sailor Pluto, but Galaxia didn't show and the second pair kind of...died. lol Though I love how they turned out, I haven't gotten to use them since, and without a Saturn costume, they are now sadly retired. Maybe someday I'll remake them differently for the heck of it :)
