Construction Details:

We found a blazer that worked for adjustments at Forever 21. Added all the buttons and stuff. Made the pleated skirt. White button up and made a little bow. Overall a pretty simple cosplay to do which is why I decided to MAKE THE SCARVES TOO! I love those scarves. Got cheap scarves in the colors I needed from ebay and sewed everything together. Made all the tassle and pompoms. Very fun project! Painted electrical tape and cut them out into the smiley face that goes on Yui's scarf and slapped that on. XD I LOVE MY SCARF!
