Construction Details:

Bracers
made out of white vinyl, and I made the gold piping by covering black piping with gold lamé.

Chest armor/sleeve and neck flat beads
heat formed plastic for the chest, and the flat beads are cut rub n' buffed plastic.

Dress/Boot covers
Red fashion knit and Joann's white fur. I made all patterns. :)

Cape/Gem
cast large gem and the came is brown microsuede.

Personal Thoughts:

ROLW art changes so much in the anime, manga, and even the artbooks that you can pretty much pick whatever details of a character you like and put them together.
