Personal Thoughts:

This is a super simplified version as I pulled it together in only a week for a Titanic Remembrance dinner I attended. I consider this sort of a 'base' to which I can apply tons and tons of hand-beading, so it will be accurate eventually. :) This costume is really wooing me towards historical costuming...I felt so elegant and fabulous!
