Construction Details:

Most parts were recycled from my old Mami cosplay ( http://www.acparadise.com/acp/display.php?c=53369)
Soul Gem: Took the gold flower part and feather of the original and glued it to the back of the flower that had the amber soul gem in it
hat: cut up the old hat and added the white leather on top
neck detail: yellow fabric folded and angled with the green gem sewn into the bow with velcro in the back.
brown outer skirt: wool pinstripe outside with black satin lining. I cut out a 2/3rds circle pattern and pleated it on the sides
Boots: modified boot cover pattern, sewed pinstripe fabric into the top

Personal Thoughts:

This design is so cool! I love it! I knew I had to make it.
