About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- Not really that hard. I got a shirt from Goodwill and stretched it like mad. I fixed the music notes up in GIMP how I wanted them and then I did a iron on transfer as a base because my drawing skills are non-existent. I then painted over the music notes with fabric paint.
