Construction Details:

The shirt was pre-owned, I just added the stripe around the sleeves. The skirt I made from a bottom-weight fabric, I just pleated like crazy and whipped a skirt up, no pattern needed.
The butterfly head piece is craft foam, clipped in using those little clips sewn into hair wefts and wigs.

Personal Thoughts:

I loved carrying around a racket!! mwahaha!
