About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- I simple costume really, I used a 50s style Simplicity pattern, and I didn't modify it expect for the petticoat. I made it only on tier because it was too puffy with two.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I love all of Panty and Stocking's outfits I want to make them all. :D
