Construction Details:

All parts of the outfit that required sewing were done by me. This included the making of the skirt and blouse. I wore two small petticoats underneath the skirt for extra floof (one was made by me for another outfit and the other was made by Keita for another outfit as well lol). The boots were bought off of eBay and ended up not being the correct color but blehhh.

Personal Thoughts:

I love pinstripes and I love skirts and I love ruffles and I love the color blue. YES, EVERYTHING IS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD.
