Personal Thoughts:

The costume construction took about a month of sporadic work. The fabric used is white vinyl, with black vinyl applique. The patterns were hand drafted for all fabric pieces of the costume (with the exception of the shoes). The eye piece is a resin cast. The blade is constructed of wood, and the then was coated in resin, painted and lacquered. The cannon was constructed of cardboard, craft foam and foam board, and was also coated in resin and then painted.
