Construction Details:

Major shirt alterations included making the shirt fitted and making the sleeves look bigger and more dramatic. I used the same green silk fabric to make the tie, bias tape, and embroidered patch. The skirt is a girl's Limited Too skirt that I bought on eBay and replaced the velcro closings with hooks, eyes, and snaps. Also, I think loafers are generally really ugly and wore ballet flats instead. :x
