- Skirts/Jacket/Bustle drafted and tailored by mbellav
Props made by me, including - Hat and boot covers.
All ruffles on the dress were made by hand, which took about 4 hours total to stitch, iron and attach. The dress was completed with about 2 weeks of work, but it was well worth it.
Debuted at A Kon 22.
