About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- The hat and cape are fleece with balls made of ultra cuddle that I stuffed with polyfill and polybeans to give some weight~ The skirt is crepe, the top is garbadine with appique'd fleece details~ The shoes I already had and just painted them~
- Personal Thoughts:
- I loves me some Negima~
