My costume was pretty much the halloween fairy costume from walmart... the socks were from Hottopic, the wings were from frightcatalog.com and the shoes I were originally beige which i dyed blue. I printed out the hey listens off my computer and they were made in microsoft word and I used white, blue and glitter hairspray
