Construction Details:

Most of everything i had or i bought. the leg warmers were pants that matched my skirt. i cut up my pants and turned them into leg warmers. i put in elastic to keep them up. also put in the black ribbon. i bought the tie, belt, skirt. the only thing i did make was the red band on the arm.
