Construction Details:

I used Simplicity 9200 for the top and I just used a tutorial online for pleated skirts since 1)I lost my pattern and 2) I forgot what the length the fabric needs to be for pleats. xD Ironically using a tutorial gave me better results than a pattern. Gooo figure.
Jacket is just recycled from my male!America cosplay because WHY NOT.

Personal Thoughts:

I was debating betweem fem!UK and fem!US for a while and got wigs for both but ended up cosplaying as fem!UK. But this wig is so cute and I love America so...I guess fem!US gets to be cosplayed too. xD; AH I swear this is my last nyotalia.....I said that about Prussia. I mean it this time. I think.

Styling Notes

It was long, past the shoulders. I cut it to about chin length.

I LOVE this wig--the color and style. So super cute, I wish my hair was like this. xD
