About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- Purty easy to make. Patterned the hat, dress, and thigh highs. Made everything in about a week after I got home from work.
The thigh highs were the most difficult, so that should pretty much describe the overall difficulty of this costume. A million snaps for easy on and off. The best.
