Construction Details:

LOVE this costume, even if it looks like 80s Pocahontas without the warpaint and mace/shield combo. It took about three weeks, and the hardest parts were the mace/shield (which are made from a combination of foam, a dowel, dessert cups, and foamcore/craft foam) and the fabric painting (so not an artist). The dress/robe itself is a little weird, since no piece was the same size, but it was a lot of fun to make. I enjoyed the costume creation, and had a TON of fun at the photoshoot!
