About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- I based the dress off a modified pattern. I bought the tights and cut them and added the cross. Modified a flower clip and painted it. Tail is stuffed and has wire in it. Headband is just a headband, stuffed horns and a fabric(with wire in it) with painted design.
