Construction Details:

The top was made from an old shirt, I just bought orange pants. The boots were the main project. Made from a chap pair I found at the store, covered them with fabric and added a ribbon for the detail. Pretty easy but it took forever. Wrists bands you can buy at just about any sporting store.
