Construction Details:

The red top is made of pleather. Basic sewing stuff there.
The boots are a white, stretch vinyl that I used to cover a base shoe. I smoothed the edges around the end of the vinyl and shoe using white adhesive caulk.

Personal Thoughts:

Holy crap boots! I am waaaaay too proud of these boots. I was determined to not use "hooker boots" or flats (Part of the reason I really wanted to do this costume was because I had yet to see someone do the boots right). I spent a while looking around for the perfect platform and as chance would have it, I found exactly what I needed!

I really liked running around in this costume. It was so comfy and everyone thought it was awesome. I'm working on making a working bass to go with it :>

Styling Notes

Most of the time was spent trying to get the hair to flip outward using a blowdrier.
