Construction Details:

This was an older costume of mine (Madam Chardonney on the costume list) that I recycled into a halloween costume. I had the costume for sale for quite some time but no one seemed to be interested in buying it so I hacked the original dress up and made it into something new! The feather fascinator on the side of my head and the black boa are a new addition. Head Peice was made by me but boa was ebayed. I used my own hair and styled it instead of a wig.
