Construction Details:

Jacket and jewelry borrowed from Molly, top and shoes from my closet, skirt from Goodwill (modded with light pink lace), thigh highs from Yoko. Balloon pin made from glitter craft foam. Easiest costume ever? I think so. XD

Personal Thoughts:

Mary and the girls approached me to do this costume when the series first hit the internet a while ago. I watched a few episodes and was torn between Pinkie Pie for my hyperactive personality and Rarity for my love of make-up, wig styling, and sewing. However, my friends were like "Katie, shut up, you're Pinkie Pie." AND SO IT WAS. XD I threw together an outfit for Momocon back in March, but it didn't really capture Pinkie Pie and my wig felt incredibly inaccurate, so I put together Pinkie Pie 2.0 with help from Molly (and a considerably more expensive wig XD).
