Construction Details:

I made the shift out of gauze, the dress out of linen, and the coat out of a faux suede (all from fabric.com). My little fish came off of a keychain and was put on a different sort of keychain for the closure for the coat. I used real rabbit fur for the trim on the sleeves. For that I bought a piece of a rabbit coat someone had taken apart on etsy then cut and sewed it into strips before attaching it.

Personal Thoughts:

The Game of Thrones HBO series is awesome and has great costume designs. The only things I don't like about how Cat's costumes normally look is the puffy bullfrog-like mess going on at her throat, so I changed that for my costume.
