Construction Details:

She's pretty much in rags, which made it supa easyy
The dress was altered from Taiwan's skirt, and the hairband was the one I made long ago. I threw umhemmed black cloth over as her cloak. The clip , bottle, and shoes were things I already had and slightly fixed up.

Personal Thoughts:

I wanted something simple to change into after wearing the Aku no Musume ballgown, while still following the Evil Saga theme. This was made from a last minute idea I had a few days before the con. It was definitely a lot easier walking around in this.
