Construction Details:

I made both the uniform tops with a regular shirt pattern, and used suiting material to make the sailor collar and the other navy blue portions. We also made little star charms to hang on our phones (though you can barely see them in the photos)

I didn't have enough time to finish the skirts the first time around, but Yomi's ma made matching style/color skirts for us later on 8D

Personal Thoughts:

This was my second time making sailorfukus, and I still didn't get the hang of it OTL The OVA surely didn't live up to its hype. Still, I loved Mato's upbeat personality, and the fun times she had with Yomi were all the things I'd like to do with my best friend.

I'm really thrilled to be able to cosplay this with my pretty bestie! I just be silly while rolling around in this

Styling Notes

I bought two ribbon hair extensions, (my Yomi) trimmed them,and tied them to the short black wig to make Mato's ponytails.
