Construction Details:

This was a fun little outfit to run around at Otakon 2011 on friday afternoon!

I hand colored a white wig with Sharpies. I just painted the ears I made for my past MLP costume blue. I made the wings from some random white flight feathers left over from my husband's Chrono Crusade costume. They were colored blue with floral spray, and then I added rainbows of flats at the base. Cutie mark necklace was also made by me. The rest was either bought or from my closet! :)

Thank you so much to Catsiy for spraying a ton of white feathers blue for me, and for helping me finish some of the wig coloring! She also helped paint the ears blue!
