Construction Details:

Everything was pretty simple, although I kept remaking things until I felt they were perfect. This is based on the manga version of her outfit; I cosplayed her long before the anime was ever announced, hence the connected handcuffs and slightly different details.

Personal Thoughts:

Short-haired zettai ryouiki tsundere Minatsuki > braided-hair kneesocks moe Minatsuki. PROVE ME WRONG.
