Construction Details:

Cargo shorts from JoAnns bottomweights. modified a pants drawstring pattern, added darts, pockets and belt loops. Made the belt from white twill, and Heat 'n Bonded the multi-colored hearts in a row. (made 3 of these babies so cut out 100+ tiny hearts) ^^ Made the belt loop strap thing outta shiny ribbon, suspender clips and a painted, glittered wooden star. The glowsticks hanging from the belt are made out of Boba straws that I totally jacked from a Quickly (i gave a generous tip tho... ^^;;;;) I put rolled up pieces of fabric inside the clear straws. String them together and attached them to a glittered foamie piece that looks like a birdie. The black tank is bought and cropped. The rainbow shirt is a cut up plain white tee, bias taped edges, and Heat 'n Bond the details that were provided to us by the most awesome Sparkle Pipsi~!!
