Construction Details:

I made everything but the coat, which was bought and tailored. The shoes and wig were painted.
It ended up being a little more work than I thought it would, but I'm content with the result.
Some advice: Don't applique pants and then paint them. They become stiff and uncomfortable to wear.

Personal Thoughts:

Bright magenta costume = perfect for accidental photobombing.
