Construction Details:

This was one of my very first costumes I made for a convention. I put a lot of work into it, but after the con, I needed pictures and had to fix up a few things on the outfit. I went back and did a zigzag stitch on the stretch knit, I repainted the wand with acrylics, and I repaired the shoes with paint and foam. The shoes were the funnest thing to make for this costume. They're a bit squarish in the anime, and I wanted to translate that without spending too much money, so I chose craft foam, some heat, and some hot glue, as well as acrylic paints.
