Construction Details:

The Goth Poncho is wool, and I made suede bias-tape for the trim. I like the textures. Since the poncho doesn't actually have an opening, I opted to add a button closure at a double-breasted front. Makes it a bit easier to get into, and move around in. (I still have T-Rex arms most of the time, though.) I knitted the gauntlets, and made the belts from upholstery vinyl. I decided to make the back kerchief a hood, since he does occasionally wear it like a hood... but I never put it up. C'est la vie.
