Construction Details:

I had used roughly around 230 roses for this costume among the head dress and petticoat, surprisingly the head dress holds most of the roses. I had to pull each roses apart from its stem and re-glue them back together. Hand sewed each one. I created my own cage skirt out of wire hangers to help support the rose petticoat. There is a total of 3 layers, the skirt and 2 petticoats. I added many gems, beads, pearl beads, sequins and strung beads to add a detail to the roses, corset and skirt as well as the parasol. All together the costume came out beautiful and was very fun to dress up in.
