Construction Details:

Black trashbag pleather from Joanns + STEAM IRON & a press cloth + omg, a pattern (slightly modified) + little bit of oil (the poor woman's teflon foot) + insulation foam, scrubbrush, gesso & failure = this costume. AHEM. In all reality... I used a pattern and modified the front to get my sexy nurse look going. Altered it to fit me nicely. BUT I didn't line it (Gasp) so shame on me. I had to wear a large form fitting t-shirt underneath because the pleather seams were pokey. I'm really, really happy with how this was sewn. :D The nurse hat... I don't have a printer D: So when I found a pattern for a folded hat online, I had to draw it out by hand, and I really failed at copying it several times. I then drew it out on interfacing and steamed it (again) onto one side of the pleather, hemmed the edges of both pieces then sewed it sandwich style together. Kind of a pain ESPECIALLY on those curves, totally worth it. I love this hat! I wish I had more opportunities to wear it.

Personal Thoughts:

I love this figure. She's adorable. I started remaking the toothbrush, but ended up reusing the glued together mess. lol.
