Construction Details:

My very first costume. I made the skirt from scratch with no pattern (just measurements and eyeballing it) out of costume satin (last time I use that!). The top is a Navy uniform shirt that was altered for costume use. Shoes were store-bought pumps with satin glued over them. Mask was craft foam this was cut and glued to a pair of clear safety glasses.

Personal Thoughts:

This was also my first convention, so I was terrified to have my picture taken alone! My friend Jackie (Sailor Moon) was a lifesaver! She was with me all weekend and put up with my photo-phobia. Plus, we suited each other!
